Land Lease Adams County Ohio

After 5 days at 4

That five days since we returned from Ethiopia with Eliott. We are just beginning to take our brands and find a little balance into this new life. Our little man is consuming us and accepts no annoyance. We all want all the perpetual compromise.
Eliott needs stability, we limit the maximum contact with other people.
The timing of meals is very important and we submit to an unchanging ritual:
- The first dish is eaten with a fork
- Wearing a towel is the beginning and end of a meal
- Eliot chose each food from his plate to eat one by one
- He gives his plate and fork when it has concluded the meal
- Do not show the bread before the end of the dish
- ...
Once these rules understood and applied by mom and dad, the meal becomes a pleasant experience.
relationship with his brother's hard, trust is not a foregone conclusion but Timon understands the situation and adapts with great courage.
Regarding sleep, our little loulou has great difficulty falling asleep. Sleep cycles are short and always end with a revival in tears, we tried to fall asleep in the arms but impossible to sleep in his bed then we tried the mattress on the floor beside the bed of mom and dad and finally in bed with Mom and Dad: nothing works he cries for hours and does not seem whim. This created a situation more and more tense in the family because when no one is sleeping, everyone is excited.
Yesterday afternoon we changed our strategy:
- Kisses and hugs before bed
- Explanation as what Mom and Dad will not come back for a nap
- Let it cry to sleep onset (the hardest part, and this is also the most expresses it: Mom, ababa ...)
Finally, do not cry last very long and it seemed to work. Yesterday evening we discussed the same strategy to fall asleep that night and no crying, a night of 11h and a little cool while sitting in his bed, all smiles this morning upon waking. We spent a wonderful night and morning.

Take Care Of Puppies Online

The departure

Alarm, 7 am, an hour before the scheduled time. We take this opportunity to organize our suitcases for the great start tonight. This morning, the program, we return to the pottery studio (see first trip) and buy a coffee and a few other goodies.

On the way towards a school children (Roof AEM), we buy some balloons. When we arrived, what a surprise awaits us: the children of each class we sing 2-3 songs (including "La Marseillaise) by putting all their heart. We distribute the ball and some pens.

We have an early lunch at the restaurant before leaving Zibri orphanages in our respective (and Toukoul Birhan). Our attendants tell us that children sleep on arrival, we start with the ceremony's coffee and waking up, there would be a small ceremony to start. It is, in fact, any other, reaching children in our care, we remain on site one hour before returning to the hotel.
During the journey, Eliott is very concerned, every little disturbance causes sobs.

Check into our room, we spend half past one every three and enjoy a great moment of fullness.
18h, dinner for a departure at the airport to 19h. We're all very sad not being able to kiss Betty before leaving.
Arrival at the airport, the first crossing of the customs are a little complicated with our luggage and small Pomeranians. The record is even more folk. At the end of this episode that we keep commenting on our blog, virtually no parent was placed on the plane with her children.

22:30, boarding, Elliott is still awake (after a short nap), off 00.00.

How To Fix A Blue Waggle

The day of the reunion ...

This morning appointment at 8:15 for breakfast. Like last time, we woke before the alarm clock and descend on the bar terrace to watch the street.
We leave at 9:30 for our respective orphanages: Birhan and Toukoul. Betty is joining us for Birhan.
At 500 meters Birhan we stopped by a policeman because the street is closed due to religious procession for the Saint Michel. We conclude therefore journey on foot and take the opportunity to take some pictures.

We then enter through the palace gates of the orphanage. The nannies will we get our children. The first that happens is Eliott. Barely on the floor, he began to run towards us and comes straight into the arms of Miriam. It's an incredible and extremely intense, we recognized!
We take the time to cuddle and talk and then we'll establish ourselves under the tree to start playing with him.

We come out the same games that first trip. He immediately took the book and takes the game to hand in the small hole in the book exactly as it is 1 1 / 2 months. He remembers everything, we also have the right coloring on shoes, hands ... Since late November, we were welcomed around the coffee ceremony, which still allows Elliott to eat popcorn, seeds and cake always with the same appetite ...

We decide to let him discover the bus in anticipation tomorrow because we know there are on this subject, a little anxiety: no tear, but a little fear in his eyes.
After the coffee ceremony, Betty tells us that we have 10 minutes with our children. Elliott wants to take the toys of Leander. We tell him no, we did the little head and throws his car terre.Il fell asleep in the arms of Miriam.

We entrust to a nurse before leaving in autobus.Ce was another great moment. We look forward to tomorrow where we will be united for life.
We all meet for lunch at Lucy restore. Then we start to 3000 m altitude in "El Toto" Tewahede visit the Orthodox church and the museum and the palace of Emperor Menelik and Empress Taitu.

Starting again we distribute some crayons to children. On the way to the hotel we make our first stop at the fabric stores. We find three tunics for future births in the family. Then we stop in a supermarket and buy some local peppers.

Back at the hotel we take a little break and start again at the restaurant The Crawn, program, meals and traditional dances. Everyone participates, last evening we can relax.

Spaying A Cat Internal Stitches

First day in Ethiopia without our children

On leaving the airport, we rediscover this same characteristic odor mixture of soil and pollution. Everyone hopes to get some rest and freshen up, but we only have 2 rooms for the entire group for the day. Our delegates and we have planned a special responsibility. We start at 45km from Addis in the direction of Dire Dawa.
Crossing Addis is a bit strange because there are almost no cars on the streets, but many religious processions where men, women and children are the traditional white coat.

We arrive at Lake Hora located in an ancient volcanic crater. This is an opportunity for us to walk with a small group of some shots.

We then lunched at a restaurant on the terrace (Dreamland) in front of Lake Bichoftou. We take several points of view around the lake. The fauna and flora are very diverse (Pellican, egrets ...).

We return finally to the hotel exhausted. We rest a bit before dinner. Tomorrow we review our last son, Elliott.

Small Rash On Stomach

More than two weeks before the big day!

In 2 weeks, we will be waiting Roissy our plane.
We are in a daze right now. As Maxine says, we can not not be happy! Cool in your head and always smiling.
The Christmas holidays have allowed us to finish the shopping, clean the baby equipment we need (car seat, high chair ...), install the changing table. We have also progressed well pack our bags. We could almost leave tomorrow if we offered!
On our jobs, our replacements are getting organized. Yup, Maxim will be on vacation until early March. And me, I give myself a little year of leave, to take advantage of my boys ...
I think that this expectation is the least difficult to live because it is the last before the big jump.
