A new kid on the web (Moozar) offers Internet holding fake files to compensate artists. The motto: "Give for Creation".
The system is set up as follows: Moozar is mandated by the person entitled to determine the amount of compensation it considers just. The internet is a gift. If the donation exceeds the compensation awarded, the amount paid is treated as compensation transaction and the person entitled to definitively seek redress. If the gift is less, the user can at least be proud of having helped to generate income.
The initiative is welcome, but let's see if the 60% of Internet users who said they were willing to compensate artists (FIFG survey) will keep their word.
